Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
- Supervise and train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
