Shift Manager

MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
