We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at HFL Hospitality Inc.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
