Objectifs
- Création d'un poste de Commercial Manager pour développer le marché Américain et l'Ouest Canadien.
- Gestion des comptes existants et développement de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
- Responsabilité de l'équipe de service alimentaire et gestion de l'embauche et de la formation d'une équipe détail.
Avantages
Nous venons de terminer un agrandissement d'usine et l'ajout de plusieurs lignes de production automatisées, ce qui nous permet d'augmenter notre capacité de production de 7 fois. Nous devons maintenant accompagner cette croissance avec des ventes correspondantes.
