Commercial Property Management Assistant

Hazleview Properties Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Management Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial property managers and vice-president, operations and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review commercial property documents, including lease agreements, rental agreements, and property management contracts.
  • Coordinate commercial property transactions, including property showings, lease negotiations, and property maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to commercial property managers, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Assist with the preparation of commercial property reports, including market analysis and property valuations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management, including document preparation and property transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
