Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Support Technician to join our team at DIGIPRO IT SOLUTIONS LTD.

Job Summary:

The User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other digital tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and other digital tools
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and other digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a technical support role in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of networking security, device drivers, and desktop applications
  • Experience with diversity and cross-cultural training
