Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DIGIPRO IT SOLUTIONS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and technology, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, applications, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and network connectivity
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with desktop applications and device drivers
  • Knowledge of networking security and protocols
  • Ability to work with diverse user groups and provide inclusive support
