About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Dining Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a Dining Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Food Servers in providing an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience, adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence.
  • Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
  • Perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers, and crumb tables.
  • Lift up to 40lbs and work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform the position to Four Seasons Standards.
Hourly Rate: $14.00
