Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present bills, and accept payment in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise customers on menu selections.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Engage in cultural competency training and awareness initiatives to promote inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
