Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Delish Cafe. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, and serve food and beverages.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure a clean and organized dining area.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide customer service, and work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
