Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Site Operations: Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure effective project execution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
- Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
