Job Title: Construction Manager

At NPN Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Construction Manager who can oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Select trade subcontractors and prepare construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

The Construction Manager will work on-site at various construction locations, including urban and rural areas. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
