Job Title: Construction Manager

NPN Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate subcontractors' activities, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and manage budgets, and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, urban area, rural area, and construction site.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and large caseload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and accountability.
Language and Work Term:
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
