- Specification Development: Authorize the creation of detailed specifications for products and services.
- Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
- Claims Processing: Review and manage claims against suppliers to resolve issues effectively.
- Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of procurement data to inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Supervise the preparation of comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs within the procurement department.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily procurement operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
