We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst Co-op to join our team at Liberty Utilities. As a key member of our Access Controls team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the timely resolution of service requests and issues related to access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage access for the enterprise, serving as a primary technical resource and escalation point to IT field services staff.
- Triage incident tickets, automate notifications, and escalate to support teams as needed.
- Assign and manage Issues, service requests, and tasks to teammates, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Chair daily team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and set priorities.
- Provision and deprovision access to Azure, on-premises Active Directory, Exchange 365, network shares, applications, and telephony systems.
- Update and maintain documentation procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Systems Technology program or related discipline, with a strong foundation in IT and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
