Service Desk Analyst Co-op

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst Co-op to join our team at Algonquin-Liberty. As a key member of our Access Controls team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our identity and access management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage access for the enterprise, serving as a primary technical resource and escalation point for IT field services staff.
- Triage incident tickets, automate notifications, and escalate to support teams as needed.
- Assign and manage issues, service requests, and tasks to teammates, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Chair daily team meetings, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Provision and deprovision access to Azure, on-premises Active Directory, Exchange 365, network shares, applications, and telephony systems.
- Update and maintain documentation procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Systems Technology program or related discipline, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
