Program Analyst

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team. As a Program Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to our team in the implementation of client-funded programs that seek to advance U.S. ICT policy priorities in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day program activities, including coordinating with interagency partners and implementing program processes.
- Assist in developing program processes and procedures, and engage with client partners to design and leverage program activities.
- Research and analyze regional ICT, critical, and emerging technology trends and demands.
- Support Action Officers in identifying and vetting program participants and training support.
- Coordinate with regional bureaus and overseas posts to ensure program success.
- Contribute to the development of performance management plans and monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Review program reporting to ensure deliverables are on schedule and conduct quality assurance and data analysis.
- Analyze data from client initiatives to inform future programming and monitor efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing / Analytics/ Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in tracking document flow and clearance processes and distribution of documents to appropriate personnel.
- Experience in preparing and implementing reporting mechanisms, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and ability to learn and work with other software and database applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
