Role Overview

We are in search of an innovative Brand Marketing Lead to propel our renowned brands to new levels in diverse markets globally. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a visionary and long-term strategic roadmap for the brand portfolio aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance brand equity to cultivate a robust brand image among consumers and healthcare professionals through effective communication and messaging.
  • Identify research requirements to gain deeper insights into consumer behavior and uncover future growth and brand opportunities.
  • Translate diverse research data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Lead innovation initiatives for the current brand portfolio and explore new opportunities that align with consumer needs and financial targets.
  • Continuously monitor brand performance through key metrics and research findings, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee financial aspects including sales, P&L, pricing, and sales forecasting in relation to marketing objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with global and North American counterparts to share insights and drive brand performance.
  • Guide effective communication strategies across all execution areas, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and senior management to establish messaging and creative direction for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management with a specialization in marketing or strategic planning.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within consumer-packaged goods or a related field.
  • Proven strategic capabilities in brand strategy development, equity building, and positioning.
  • Experience leading innovation projects from conception to market.
  • Strong project management skills in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement.
  • Experience in market research and consumer analysis techniques.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Experience working with various channels to enhance brand performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal environments impacting brand management.
  • Exposure to financial management, sales analysis, and forecasting.

Skills for Success

Strong consumer insights, analytical skills, brand strategy development, category strategy, presentation skills, innovation drive, storytelling, creativity, marketing optimization, digital marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and experience in FMCG/Consumer Health.
