Position Overview

NANIAN GROUP LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to manage and maintain our financial documentation. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy in our financial reporting and compliance with established standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare accurate financial statements.
  • Post journal entries and prepare a variety of statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Compile trial balances and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
