NANIAN GROUP LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to manage and maintain our financial documentation. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy in our financial reporting and compliance with established standards.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or financial record management.
- Calculate and manage fixed assets and their depreciation.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Oversee general ledgers and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Post journal entries and prepare a variety of statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Compile trial balances and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates accuracy and organizational skills.
- Exhibits effective time management abilities.
- Engages in initiatives that support Indigenous communities.
- Offers mentorship and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Facilitates cultural competency training to foster an inclusive workplace.
