As an Academic Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting student engagement and recruitment initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at enhancing the academic experience for prospective and current students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate student recruitment efforts by developing and implementing strategic outreach programs.
2. Provide comprehensive support to students through academic advising and guidance on program selection.
3. Organize and participate in events that promote academic programs and services.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for students throughout their academic journey.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or college diploma in relevant fields such as marketing, education, or counseling.
- Demonstrated experience in program administration, marketing, or recruitment, preferably within a post-secondary educational environment.
- Familiarity with academic policies and procedures, particularly within the post-secondary education system.
Additional Information:
This role may require travel for recruitment activities and presentations. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences are essential for success in this position.
