The Role You Will Play

The Data Management Associate will operate under general supervision, responsible for entering alphanumeric data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and telephonic communications into Access' database system.

Note: This position is contractual for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, index, and scan all physical records in accordance with specific client instructions.
  • Verify data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the online database.
  • Complete all assigned data entry tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all assigned documents are thoroughly reviewed, adhering to established protocols during data entry.
  • Meet job-specific standards and production targets for data entry.
  • Provide guidance or assistance to users regarding data requirements and the status of documentation.
  • Organize and file paperwork as necessary.
  • Undertake related responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant business experience is required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with data entry and scanning software is advantageous.
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and appreciate the significance of attention to detail.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Physical capability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
