We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Access Information Management. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering alphanumeric data from various sources into our computer database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, index, and scan hard copy records according to client requests.
  • Verify data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet job-specific standards and production rates for data entry requirements.
  • Provide direction or assistance to users regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
  • Sort and file paperwork as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year business experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized.
  • Knowledge of data entry and scanning software programs a plus.
