About Nanda Jewellers Inc.

We are a reputable jewellery store seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or jewellery store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
