Jewellery Store Manager Job Description

Nanda Jewellers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our jewellery store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select products for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
