We are a reputable jewellery store seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or jewellery store management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
