Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
