Bridge Engineering Technician - Senior Civil Engineer

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Bridge Engineering Technician - Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the development of BIM/VDC processes for bridge and engineering structure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of technicians, drafters, and engineers to develop and implement BIM/VDC processes for bridge and engineering structure projects.
  • Create detailed project mock-ups by modeling bridge and interchange project elements.
  • Develop and prepare models and plans for engineering structures, ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems.
  • Coordinate with CAD teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of studies and technical reports.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior employees.

Requirements:

  • DEC in civil engineering or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in structures (bridges, engineering structures, buildings).
  • Safety training on construction sites (ASP card).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit software.
