Security Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our security services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective financial management and control.
- Direct and Advise Staff in the Development and Implementation of Service Quality Assessment Strategies: Work with the team to develop and implement strategies to assess and improve service quality, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Plan, Administer and Control Budgets for Client Projects, Contracts, Equipment and Supplies: Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective financial management and control.
- Plan, Develop and Organize the Policies and Procedures of Establishments: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our security services.
- Represent the Company within Various Economic and Social Organizations: Represent Blackbird Security Inc. at various economic and social organizations, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leading/Instructing Groups: Lead and instruct groups of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the security services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Assign, Co-ordinate and Review Projects and Programs: Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring effective management and delivery of our security services.
- Experience: Experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
