About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at NEW AFRICAN FASHIONS & CRAFTS BOUTIQUE INC. as a Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology: Perform data entry and maintain computer systems, including inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
