We are a dynamic and growing food service company seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Sales Performance
- Set and achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
