About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2579751 Alberta LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
