About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2579751 Alberta LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
