About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the high standards of our restaurant.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase sales.
    • Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our menu, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure that they meet our high standards.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our brand.
    • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
