The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is dedicated to delivering coordinated health services and supporting administrative functions across the region.

Position Overview:

The Infrastructure Support Analyst will oversee managed security services and bolster cybersecurity measures within a critical operational environment. Key responsibilities encompass monitoring security incidents, addressing cybersecurity challenges, aiding in incident response, and overseeing the security awareness initiative.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in enterprise IT, with a focus on server virtualization, network management, and security administration.
  • Proficient in using ITSM tools for incident management.

Education:

  • Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Relevant vendor and industry certifications are advantageous.

Certification/Licensure/Registration:

  • A valid Manitoba driver's license is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and information security frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based work with occasional lifting tasks.
  • Participation in an 'on call' rotation and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple priorities effectively.
