Purchasing Manager Job Description

West Coast Vape is seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
