Position Overview

We are currently in search of dedicated Cleaners for our Eagle Ranch Resort. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining hotel rooms, the main clubhouse, and staff accommodations to the highest standards.

General Requirements:

  • Availability for the seasonal period (April to November).
  • Must be available for weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity is essential.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wearing appropriate protective gear.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks according to established quality standards and timelines for various cleaning schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hotel rooms, common areas, and clubhouse/office spaces to the highest standards.
  • Adapt between team collaboration and independent work as required.
  • Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed while ensuring effective communication.
  • Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations relevant to the department.
