Position: Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Vancouver, BC
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Deliver direct nursing care while assessing and promoting family-centered approaches.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of patient records.
- Recognize educational needs and participate in relevant learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the orientation and training of nursing personnel.
- Provide feedback on institutional policies and procedures.
- Uphold a secure environment for both patients and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Active registration as a practicing Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience in a Cath Lab or acute care setting.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- PALS Certification is mandatory.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capacity to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Understanding of Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism principles.
