Cloud Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual who thrives in providing exceptional customer support within a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting OpenText Content Suite solutions deployed within the OpenText Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver a high level of customer focus and empathy.
- Respond to and resolve customer technical requests, understanding the customer's managed hosted environment and applications within the OpenText Cloud to solve complex technical issues.
- Operate, manage, and administer production applications such as Content Suite while adhering to documented policies and procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot alerts from applications, servers, and devices to meet service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services, to resolve technical issues.
- Work under general guidance, with periodic reviews of results and seeking approvals on matters outside the role as needed.
- A university/college degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a technical support role.
- Experience with OpenText Exstream Suite / Teamsite Suite is an asset.
- Experience delivering service within an ITIL-based service delivery model.
- Windows, UNIX, and Application administration skills in a TCP/IP networked environment.
- Experience working with relational DBMS (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL/Postgres, Oracle, MySQL).
- Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
