Mechanical Engineering Specialist

As a Mechanical Engineering Technologist at EMEC Design Group LTD, you will play a crucial role in the development and analysis of mechanical systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering projects.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Conduct a variety of mechanical assessments and evaluations of machinery, components, and materials.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for project development.
- Estimate project costs and required materials.
- Prepare and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Establish standards and schedules for engineering tasks.
- Oversee maintenance programs and the operation of mechanical facilities.
- Monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects.
- Create and develop design sketches.
- Compile comprehensive documentation packages and drawing sets.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
