About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team at Zoom Engineering Ltd. as a key member of our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Operational Oversight: Evaluate daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Technical Expertise: Evaluate technical designs and engineering work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Leadership: Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Oversee the analysis of data and information, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Project.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
