Education and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assign complex engineering projects to experienced engineers or technical specialists.
  2. Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Evaluate and assess the performance of daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  5. Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet business objectives.
  6. Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Evaluate and assess technical designs and engineering work, providing feedback and guidance to engineers and technical specialists.
  8. Oversee the analysis of data and information, using insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  9. Proficient in computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Project.
