Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
