About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
