Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes and merchandising trends to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
