Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales floor staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
