Cash-A-Cheque Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Cash-A-Cheque. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Review: Review and approve or reject loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Credit and Loan Documentation: Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, providing access to banking services, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Loan Evaluation: Evaluate loan applicants' financial status, credit history, and ability to repay loans, making recommendations for approval or rejection.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit and loan files, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
