Job Summary

Cash-A-Cheque is seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, completing credit and loan documentation, and promoting the sale of credit and loan services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loan
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including preparing statements on delinquent accounts
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their financial status and creditworthiness
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services to customers
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
