Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Service Representative to join our team. As a Cleaning Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets in client residences
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Housekeeping
    • Empty trash and recyclables
    • Restock supplies and linens
    • Perform laundry duties
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cleaning or a related field
  • Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
