Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a progressive infrastructure strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Propel transformative projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance infrastructure.
  • Improve infrastructure efficiency, bolster operational resilience, and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to synchronize infrastructure strategy with organizational aims.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to assess infrastructure performance and foster continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and resource management.
  • Recognize risks and opportunities linked to emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Significant leadership experience within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure architecture, cloud solutions, network management, and IT governance.
  • Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud platform and agile practices.
