About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoring a property following a disaster, including managing and directing restoration staff, assessing damage, and providing estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service interactions with homeowners, businesses, and families, ensuring they are informed of the restoration process.
- Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed to repair it, providing an estimate and working with insurance adjusters to ensure a hassle-free experience for the insured.
- Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment, ensuring quality control of all aspects of the job.
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth claims process and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a project manager in disaster recovery or construction.
- Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English, both written and oral.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record summary.
- Clean criminal record.
